I visited Alexandria, as the guest of PQI, in March of this year to deliver an assessed assessor training course on behalf of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). This course provides delegates with an in-depth knowledge of the EFQM Excellence model and its accompanying assessment tool – RADAR. Delegates are required to complete a substantial homework exercise before the course begins and then to participate in several team based exercises based on the homework.
