Training Philosophy
The intent of the PQI training program is to provide integrated courses to delegates that is primarily based on learning experiences
The program is not limited to listening but it extends to include other elements such as visual simulation ( videos, software application, etc) and practicing experiences.
Delegates should contribute through participation as it is necessary that they demonstrate their learning experiences which consequently gives an opportunity for reflection and discussion
By reflecting their experience , the course will include unplanned yet relevant aspects while attaining greater commitment and higher learning impact for the participant who are encouraged to contribute during discussions
Training Venue and Training
All training courses, subject of this proposal, shall be conducted at the Productivity and Quality Institute premises in Alexandria, unless otherwise requested by the Company’s Management.
Training Material
Handouts
Each participant of the course receives a luxurious folder containing relevant handouts, technical descriptions, case studies and exercises.
Overheads
The overhead transparencies are detailed illustrations covering all subjects dealt with in the training course and serve as an important part of the instructional material when relevant in classroom presentations and discussions.
Videos / Slides
Video tapes as well as slides are used to help and create a good learning experience. They enhance the understanding of movements and processes as well as human actions and attitudes.
Application Software
Software packages, pertinent to specific courses, are utilized to enrich participants’ understanding and strengthen their skills.
